Hi, I'm Dan! I'm a behavioral scientist who has studied user decision making my whole career.
I've built a talent assessment platform at a leading global hedge fund, run large-scale employee sentiment surveys, and done consumer and usability testing for product and package design.
My PhD in cognitive psychology and MS in statistics from Northwestern give me the rigor to design studies that produce scientifically validated results. My toolkit includes experimental design, statistical modeling, and survey research. I use Python, R, and SQL, plus qualitative methods like interviews, ethnographies, and focus groups.
But what’s most important is the final step: presenting findings that are clear, concise, and visual. Results that no one understands aren’t worth much.
